A few common conditions are shown below, however clients must take notice of the full terms and conditions that are published as part of the contract you will sign on taking delivery of the vehicle. You will have to sign a contract on receipt of the vehicle and will bound by the specific terms and conditions applicable. As Star utilise various car rental companies it is impractical and confusing to publish all the terms and conditions here. Once a booking has been confirmed we will happily forward a copy of the terms and conditions to you on request.

1. Embossed Credit Cards are the only accepted method of payment. Cash and Debit cards are not accepted.
2. The driver of the vehicle must be the holder of the credit card.
3. The driver together with his credit card must be present at the time of handover of the vehicle.

1. Driver must have been in possession of a valid unendorsed licence for a minimum period of 2 years.
2. Drivers below the age of 21 who have held a valid unendorsed licence for a period of at least 2 years will be charged a daily young driver surcharge in addition to the normal rental rates. South African residents must have turned 21.
3. There is no upper age limit applicable.

IV) NO SHOW FEE

1. All bookings are subject to a No - Show fee of R350.00.

V) DEPOSITS

1. All bookings are subject to a deposit of R1000 required at the start of a rental.

1. Rentals are charged per 24 hours. Late return of vehicle will result in being charged for a further day.
2. Rentals will be charged until such time as the vehicle keys are returned.
